duoPlus 300WR and 2Mbps line

Hi

Please help me with this small problem I have.

I used to have a 384/128 line with Telkom on my duoPlus 300WR modem and all was ok till I upgraded to a 2Mbps line today - its also working fine but with exactly the same speed as my 384k line
The modem says - Downstream / Upstream (Kbps) 384/128 - could that be the prob? and if it is where do I change it ?

reboot your router.

In such cases either reboot the modem and or switch the modem off for about 10mins = hard reset, then check again.

Just remember that the uncapped 2Mbps ADSL account won't imply that the ADSL line will also run at 2Mbps!
So make sure that you upgrade your ADSL line to 2Mbps too!

If you have a bundled uncapped account (data + line rental), then contact your ISP and tell them to fix your line speed!
