Hi all,
I was wondering if anybody could tell me what the duration column on my itemized billing is for? Below is how it appears on my IB.
Date Time Duration(s) Total data(bytes) Charge excl
2009-05-20, 10:30:20, 8682, 5283583, R0.00
2009-05-20, 09:58:51, 19388, 50715658, R0.00
If the duration is in seconds ie: 19388 and i want to convert to hours I do the following 19388 / 60 / 60 = 5.38 hours.
My question comes in where the very next connection is at 10:30:20 approximately 32 minutes later. Vodacom corporate tells me that i should check the total bytes and not the duration but how do they calculate the duration? This bugs me and I am not sure who to believe, any good advice would be appreciated.
Many thanks
Niall
