Which area does this refer to? The Golden mile or the entire KZN coastline? Any water that situated near build up urban areas is bound to be polluted. Take the Thames for instance.

They said on the news tonight the the water polution level is 9 times above the accepted level. Eeew.... swimming anyone?

They even said the sand is very dirty. Eew, cant even walk there.
