I'm still getting fluctuations here and there on local, ping would stay around 25ms then shoot up to 120ms, sometimes 300ms, must just be teething issues. My Battlefield 3 keeps disconnecting but I'm not sure if it's related.

EDIT: seems to be getting more and more stable now.
