I've got a media server running on Linux and I would now like to be able to watch and record free-to-air TV (SABC1-3, e.tv) on it.

I would most likely use MythTV as the application to record TV.

I'm looking for USB or PCI Express TV tuner (DVB-T2) that has Linux driver support. Not wanting to pay more than R1000. I see that the one to go for is the PC TV 292e but that seems to be over R2000. Any ideas where to source this type of thing from?

The other alternative is to get a DVB-T2 PVR but not sure what to do for or where to get one from. Any ideas where to source this type of thing from?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
