DVD Ripping

It all depends if the episodes are seperated into chapters in the IFO file.
If they are then, FairUse should be able to output them as separate.
You might be overlooing one particular check box or something.

Got a bit further on Fairuse. was able to slide thru and find start and end frames but then it tells me only full (paid) version is able to do custom ranges.

Trying to rip Bob the Builder episodes from DVDs.

Use Handbrake. It is super easy peasy. Sometimes the titlles dont match the episode list, or you will see there are more titles than the number of episodes on the disc. What I do in case like that is I play the disc in VLC, then select the episode to play and then you go to view in VLC and then you can see what title it is playing. Then you know what title to select in Handbrake.

Trying to rip Bob the Builder episodes from DVDs. 3 or 4 eps per disk. In the example above Ep1 starts at 0:41 on the file VTS_04_1 and ends a few minutes into the next vob file VTS_04_2

Ive tried Handbrake, Fairuse and DVD Decrypter but cannot seem to get anything to separate the episodes. I hope Im making sense?

Have you tried toggling the title/chapters/seconds/frame drop down in hand brake? You can manipulate that to select chapters or a range of chapters to get your episodes encoded correctly.
