DVD wounds the video star

Well, DVD players are half the price of what video players (never mind recorders) ever were and with much clearer graphics and no degradation (except possible scratches) from heavy use...
 
Well the threat for dvd players is protected thanks to Telkom ;)

Well, we'll talk again when DVD Recorders become cheap and there is a proper standard, until then VCRs will still be mainstream.
