I have a LG 32"LB9 LCD TV. I bought a dvi to hdmi cable to connect my PC to the LCD. I have a 8800gsx card. As soon as I connect the tv to the pc with my dvi2hdmi cable, i only have a option of 4:3 and 16:9 on the tv. Now 4:3 doesnt use the hole screen and 16:9 only stretches the picture. How on earth do I get my tv to display a proper resolution that doesnt stretch or crop my picture, and uses the whole screen?

i am assuming i do this on the pc settings? where is this or how is it done?

In XP: right click desktop, properties, settings (I think)
