E 619 for Vodacom3g

V3G I have been struggling the whole afternoon and night.. As soon as I try to connect I get this error message. It is crazy.. I have de-installed and installed Huawei mobile partner several times. I even used laptop with same results.
I run from the Johannesburg Sandton Athol Square 1 tower. This problem is going on and on.. Normally it goes aways after de-installing dashboard and re installing..
Help me please.

I assume you were affected by the general network problems yesterday and should now be OK again?

As a side note; you should not need to solve connectivity problems by uninstalling and reinstalling the dashboard.
 
@Luke_01, pre-paid or contract, and if pre-paid are you using a data bundle and what is its balance and the balance of your pre-paid account?
