Good day

Any help or ideas appreciated.

Our small business have been using G Suite (Legacy version) without any issues for the past 10+ years. We use our own domain name (e.g. [email protected]) for accessing gmail etc.

We currently use Outlook 2010 to sent/receive emails via Gmail severs. Outlook is set up to send emails using smtp.gmail.com (TLS/SSL port 587, authenticating using the G suite usern/passw).

Since around 1 Jan this year, all email send from Outlook (via Gmail servers) to any other gmail email address ends up in the recipients' Spam folder. Even emails to our own users/employees. (e.g. emails from [email protected] to [email protected] ends up in Spam when sending from Outlook)

When the email is send directly from Gmail using browser it goes to the recipient's inbox as it should, but when the same mail is send from Outlook, it ends up in the recipient's Spam.

Some emails to clients not using GSuite (e.g. own mail servers) does go to the Recipient Inbox when sending form Outlook, but I cannot confirm all. So it seems to be limited to emails from Outlook (using Gsuite) to recipients using Gsuite (or the normal "free" gmail account) are flagged as Spam.

Any ideas?
