E-mails intercepted in crime fight

Whos watching those who are doing the watching?

They must be FU_cking mad, Report lost, broken cell or sim card at police stations, they cannot even handle the current workload. When are the GVT, or the higher up, gona get rid of these morons or donkeys making these laws they cannot uphold. Like cars, trucks holding up traffic. What a Joke, must look for my passport.

ok - so all of the workload is going to be shouldered by 'a judge'?

So in the end we have another unenforcable law. Reminds me of the Telecoms act of 1996.

The one's doing the watching is being watched by the one's watching the doing. :D

A judge (sic) apointed by the minister.

BTW, what happens if I'm not aware that my cell phone has been stolen? Must I lock up old cell phone's in a gun safe? Is it going to be illegal to possess more that one cell? Will I have to purchase a cell phone license in the future?

For the answer to these and equally ridiculous questions tune into Parliament @ RSA.
