Many thanks for the pointer... Ugh I am wondering whether it might not just be a better idea to have the incoming people land at bloody Durban at this point. If it was a calm time then the alternative might have been usable, but not on 26 / 27 December!

Dunno wtf they were on about on 702 today. Took me 15 minutes longer to work, and 20 minutes longer back. My normal routes bypass the highway, so dunno what the new tollways were like

I'm thinking that due to the holidays there will naturally be less cars. We will only see mid Jan the extent of the traffic.
