E-toll costs may come down: report

No one prosecution yet? In theory compulsory. In practice voluntarily.

If I could walk down my street and climb on a bus to get to work safely and consistently?
If the price of my groceries and consumables wouldn't go up as well?
If there wasn't any blatant misuse of my tax money first?
If the cost of the project did not skyrocket to +R20billion, seemingly out of nowhere? Where better alternatives or other more advantageous projects at that sickening cost could have been?

Then maybe e-tolls wouldn't be so bad. But somebody in government needs their legs broken or a wake up call before I will agree to this!

Here's the thing.. Even if it was R1 a day I wouldn't take it as I've found alternatives & use free sections efficiently.. Besides, the highways are just as congested in peak. Only advantage is not detouring on & off highway but I rarely do this and more for longer trips

Coming down, going up, who cares. I still won't get a e-tag.
