oh look, back at e toll. Boo e tolls boo..seriously I hate e tolls, its a stupid idea but there is not enough heavy hitters to make this go away. Corruption will most likely be found and the people who are benefitting would be exposed and then everyone is going to be angry for a short while and then life goes on and nothing will change.

South Africans bend over too easily. No wonder the government like to fusk us at every opportunity.
