I simply do not believe this statement.
 
The wording is very clever..

They have not "planned" such an event yet.. and are probably running around right now doing so since someone else gave them the idea.

on the 14th of december, I was stopped at a roadblock on the R21 coming into fountains circle, and the officers told me it was illegal to drive without an etag, I told him to give me a fine, he did not and he said he could not.

I asked for his badge number, he told me I could go, I kept calm, but I was running late so I could not troll some more. people were buying Etags on the spot. so this has actually happened already. a lot of people simply drove off and ignored the SANRAL people managing the roadblock, the way we all should.

just ignore SANRAL and old Vusi, it has been the south african way, ignore the problem only we should ignore paying them as well....

Very sad that you were in a hurry, would be great to come around again and record this whole circus in Vusi's face.
 
yeah, some times there are things that are more important than trolling scamral, in this case it was a hospital visit, by the time I left LCM they did as well., though it was 6 hours later so I am not surprised.


there were other motorists there, lets just home someone has some photo evidence, or even better go pro camera footage!

Real pity that no-one has any evidence of this !

Come on people, get your cameras out ! Especially vehicle cameras, then they will not notice that you are recording them.
