E-toll harassment evidence surfaces

I saw these guys last week Thursday on the Olifantsfontien N1 on-ramp.

On Monday a friend and i were stopped at the Kliprivierweg on-ramp.

The E-Toll van/truck was there, parked on the side.

They checked his drivers and the License disc, but they didn't ask anything about e-tags.

Nobody thought of making a square plastic blob with a yellow e on it ?

I've gone thru this at Olifantsfontein the day before.. They were just scanning Car reg. so I'm thinking yesterday waiting for those same okes to come past?

Btw why put it on the free section of the highway?? From there to Alandale it's free/No eToll needed!

I saw the major hold up on the on ramp and went to use old pta road yesterday!

Ps. It's not JMPD.. The 'officer vehicles' just say 'Traffic Police' or something. I think I will go that route and ask them for their documents as I don't give details to random people on the highway. This is South Africa, there are lots of people hijacking, impersonating cops etc.. Will see what they produce
