I agree with Toxicbunny, regarding the court record, but it appears as if there is an attempt to even have that classified or am I getting it wrong?


Also, they disclosed names of 27 of the 33 companies but withheld 6. How by naming the other 6 is that somehow more secret than the others?

You are 100% correct, they are trying to have them classified even in the court proceedings.

The court will very possibly take a dim view of this tactic though in my opinion, due to the public interest in this case.
