E-toll service “very poor”: survey

A survey of road users revealed that 80 percent found the e-toll administration service “very poor”, the SA Chamber of Commerce and Industry said on Tuesday

IMO "very poor" is a compliment for the level of service that they provide.

I made use of their services about a month ago, and I have yet to receive any form of notice thereof. I would call this extremely excellent service on their behalf.
