Do we really need this panel farce to explain the obvious? This government saddled us with a R30billion bill just to collect the money to go for road maintenance. It was a stupid decision designed to milk us, therefore we won't pay for it no matter what some panel says.

It doesn't matter to criminals whether regular citizens are criminals or not. They think that everyone has the same criminal mind as they have. The idea of actually paying a bill never occurred to them. No matter how this money is paid, it's going to cause job losses and pain: those billions of rands are no longer discretionary spending on minimum wage jobs that the poor value, but they are going to the pockets of the individuals involved in adding the AWESOME LANE to the existing highways.
