e tv pornographic features over weekends!!!

I have zero issues with the content on Saturday nights on E-TV.

What does piss me off are those terrible "SMS Porn to 30312" OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER...

Which is why I just switch the TV off, not because of the nature of the content but rather how badly it's presented.

And I agree with the previous posted, that's hardly what I would call porn. You can find much worse just a click away on the Internet or your mobile phone.

If your kids want to see porn they'll find it. And if they don't care for it, then the Tv content should hardly bother them.

I think Cindy's anger is not so much at etv, but rather at the women in those movies. Change the channel :)
 
Not understanding how the OP attributes sexual offences from etv porn. That is like saying road deaths are attributable to F1 grand prix being shown on tv.
 
I know this might be difficult, but you'll notice all these remotes of something in common, I've circled it for your convenience, try find similiar buttons on your remote, they will solve your problem.

I love the way sex is blown out of proportion relative to something like violence. But nobody complains about Dexter celebrating homicidal psychopathy, Tom and Jerry smacking one another with blunt objects or Murica slaughtering a village in the name of patriotic duty. But show a nipple and suddenly the end of the world is nigh.

The other thing I don't get is the double standards with children. If you believe x isn't morally justified, what difference does age make? If nudity and pornography are wrong in some absolute sense, why appeal to the children?

Lastly, I'm glad we're still subscribing to the age old stereotype of "woman is a scheming temptress and man is a libido with eyeballs". At least I don't have to set the bar too high. Things used to be so much better in the old days where people knew their roles in society.

That aspect of Dexter is really a standard film theme, the protagonist personally hunting down and killing the guilty, but it's more complex in Dexter.

Because using hyped concern for children has become a standard way of putting a stop to debate and pushing through draconian measures.

Is your problem with the content of the adverts or the regular breaks? I consider eTV unwatchable at any time because it's like watching adverts with programme breaks. I could not care less what the content of the adverts is.
 
Are eTV showing real porn now or still the tired dry humping? My wife had no idea that wasn't what real porn was until I showed her a Sasha Grey video :D

Annoys me too... There I am trying to fap to the ads and they keep interrupting them with an even worse movie...
