How do you make voice calls with the data card?

Is it possible?

I know that the Huawei E620 and Huawei Mobile Connect allow for voice calls with some headset thingy plugged in somewhere [not sure if it's plugged into the PC or the data card], so I assume that Huawei Mobile Connect &| Huawei Mobile Partner will do the same with the Huawei E630...
