How do i get hold of ea games? Ive mailed EA Int, and they gave me a contact nr to dial.
Phone Support dial: 0860 324 357(Local)
27 83 2385215 (International) from 7:00am-9:00pm CST, 7 days a week.
I tried both for whole week, everytime voice mail answer, also mailed 3 times to zasupport@ea.com , no reply.
The reason im trying to get hold of them is the next, ill copy the email ive send them.

After buying bf3, i formated my pc and install all the latest drivers, i tried to install it, 1st of all , its slow like hell, took over a hour to install, expanding at only 500kb/s!!! nr 2, at 99% it got stuck, cant read of discs anymore....so i tried 5 more times, (6 hours total)!! Now im pissed. Im very angry at EA!
So i went to get my friends dvds and they installed perfect, 1st time!
After that took me 8 more hours before i can play to dl the 10gig update!
To get back to my main problem, my discs (just dvd 2 since it stuck at 99%) is broken, how are u going to replace it for me? And why do i install so long (over a hour) on the game???????? I download faster than it install from disc!!!!!! And what are u going to do to make me a happy cutomer again!!
I would think giving me free premium should put a smile back! But at this moment im angry as hell at EA, ive read on web many people have this problem, why do u not pull back "broken" stock if u know off the problem?????
I hope u get back to me asap, as i need to format my pc again, and dont want this same problem again!

I know one can just download the game, but i dont want to download the game everytime i upgrade my pc, or format it, thats why i went and bought the dvds.
I also tried making iso images of it, but it stil get stuck at 99%.
Any other nr i can try call EA on to swop my discs out?
