Eagle Canyon / Honeydew:Anyone else experiencing extremely slow & erratic throughput?

Anyone else experiencing extremely slow and erratic throughput in the Eagle Canyon - Honeydew area? Telephone no starts with 011 795. I first started noticing the terrible throughput on Friday (24/6/2011). Down speeds vary between 0.4 Mbit/s and 1.5 Mbit/s with occasional peaks at 2.2 Mbit/s. Telkom did a port reset which appeared to improve the situation, but successive speedtest.net tests to the same server results in vastly different results. Upload speed seems to be stable at 0.42 Mbit/s (which is normal for me ;-). I've tested using various IS accounts (Axxess and Afrihost) and also WebAfrica - same story.
