Hey all, I have just launched (as in it went live seconds ago) a web hosting and domain registration company, EagleHost. All of our packages run on Linux and cPanel. Here is an idea of pricing:

Domain Registrations:
.co.za R75
.web.za R75
.org.za R75
.net.za R75
.capetown R200
.durban R200
.joburg R200
.info R160
.com R200
.net R200
.org R200
.biz R200
.mobi R200
.xyz R200

Shared Hosting:
100MB storage/1GB monthly bandwidth R95/year[SUP]1[/SUP]
1GB storage/10GB monthly bandwidth R25/month, R70/3 months, R250/year
3GB storage/30GB monthly bandwidth R75/month, R210/3 months, R750/year[SUP]2[/SUP]
5GB storage/50GB monthly bandwidth R120/month, R360/3 months, R1200/year[SUP]3[/SUP]
10GB storage/100GB monthly bandwidth R200/month, R600/3 months, R2000/year[SUP]4[/SUP]

All of the above come with unlimited mailboxes of unlimited size[SUP]5,6[/SUP] (as long as you have available disk space). Many hosting providers limit you to, for example, five mailboxes of 20MB each, which I don't agree with. If you're paying for storage you should be able to use it however you see fit. The above also allow an unlimited number of databases[SUP]5,6[/SUP].

Notes
[SUP]1[/SUP] The 100MB package is only available as an annual subscription
[SUP]2[/SUP] Includes a free .co.za domain when applying for one year
[SUP]3[/SUP] Includes a free .co.za, .net.za, .org.za or .web.za domain when applying for one year
[SUP]4[/SUP] Includes a free .co.za, .net.za, .org.za, .web.za, .capetown, .durban, .joburg, .org, .net, .com or .info, .mobi, .biz or .xyz domain when applying for one year
[SUP]5[/SUP] Excludes the 100MB package, which is limited to five email addresses and one database.
[SUP]6[/SUP] There are no limits so long as it doesn't adversely affect the resource usage on the servers. You will be alerted should your account place high load on the servers.

Will the ongoing yearly domain fee's be the same as the registration fee?

And is this local or internationally hosted? your site is in Colorado?

I think you need to work on your site a little. Firstly, it reminds me of another site I've seen (can't remember which) - beginning to wonder if that's a WHM 'template' of sorts. Secondly, your domains page has a category for gTLDs, and yet none are listed. As you don't offer a large array of domains, you may as well not sort them into categories and just have a single table for all of them, much like the 'All' category.

Best of luck. :)

No thank you.

Looks like someone launched a bit early

These comments will remain here forever unless you buy all of us some runflat tyres. Be ready next time, be ready....

Maybe re-wording the "launch" to "beta" would have gone down a little smoother with all these guys commenting :p

Its the default WHMCS layout. IE, no attempt at a template.

It's unskinned, the default template. Any costs involved in web development are, naturally, ultimately passed on to the end user. By keeping these costs to a minimum, I can offer good prices :)

I'm not sure why you aren't seeing all the TLDs, I've tried Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer from multiple locations and see them all, including eight gTLDs

Yeah, thought as much - defintely some kind of template.

Edit: I see, it's called Six. And, it's the default! Why why why?

See above :)

Hehe :D

Again, see above. If it'll make everyone happier I'll pay for a template, but keep in mind it will literally make no difference other than appearance.

As for the SSL issue, that was a host side issue which has since been resolved. There's always that one thing that goes wrong at the last minute, eh? :)
