Ear infections suck :(

Anyone had one of these so far this year?

Blady hell what a nightmare. The last time i had an ear infection was 15 or so years ago.

Woke up this morning with a throbbing earache and later on in the morning it got progressively worse. Couldn't walk straight and had to drive myself to the Doctor. Antibiotics better clear this up because it's horrible.

yes a mid ear infection(luckily I picked it up early), I have been having problems with my ears since 2000 when my ear drum went kaboom due to fireworks and seawater.

Actually the use of antibiotics for ear infections is considered controversial ...

Yes, had a BIG one at the start of the year. Took 6 weeks and 4 courses of antibiotics to clear up. Almost RK4 in total - and teh only 'explanation' I get is that 'somtimes it happens'.

Doctors and specialists should only be paid if they fix you

Same - since about 1996, get them about three times a year.... the doctor keeps telling me to see a ear throat month specialist, but by the time I can actually get an appointment - I'm better...
