Ear plugs

I'm looking for the ones that blocks out all noise etc. Where in CPT can I buy these? Thanks.

First place i'll look is a Pharmacy, maybe Dischem .

Other places like Due South / Cape Union Mart , they sell all these "travel gadgets" and i've found some nice ear plugs there too. Look for the ones that expands in your ear, made of some foamy-rubber material.

In my experience the best kind are very soft waxy ones. There is a brand that I get my mother to ship from the States, you can't get here. The foam ones slip out and don't stop all noise. Last night with the storms I put the good ones in and heard nothing till the next morning.

I think it has to do with the frequency of the sound. high pitched sounds are no problem.
