I really like that it's available as loose leaf. Once I have made a cup or two of a particular blend I can make it to exactly the strength I want.

Just an update on Mastertons...

The only Earl Grey they now sell is the Dilmah 7 Star for restaurants/hotels. A friend's mom brought two boxes for me from PE. And guess what?.... Fresh individually foil wrapped bags that doesn't taste like Earl Grey. Not even a hint.
