Early Capping

Something's up for the 2nd month we are have already been capped.
The usage is 3.24GB down and 183MB up.
Considering this is only really used on weekends and weeknights and the main use is browsing and skype something's wronge.

For a long time before we used it more extensively than now and we used about 800mb down and 200mb up.

Kinda makes me want to puke. We even found days b/w was clocked last time this happened on days the UTD was off. They have done nothing about it. 60Kbits sucks ass.

I don't want to hear about spyware or any other bull****, the pc is clean I checked it.
 
It is very possible that your account has been stolen.. change your password asap
 
Definately agree, change your pass and monitor it from there. Someone could have used your subscriber details and assigned another UT.
 
Not to sound like anyones mother. But we should all get in the habit of changing our passwords every month. With all the fraud and privacy theft going on worldwide, let's not make it easy for them.
For those that don't know, make sure you have a strong password with a '!'or '#', etc.. upfront followed by numbers and letters.

Apparently they said it to be impossible ... but hey changed it but I sure it won't be long before they get it again ... our passwords are strong & long.
IE someone would need access to steel it.
