Hi

I want to buy earphones that will not hurt my ear lobes after wearing them for a hour.

Not to worried about sound quality but it would be nice to have good quality for a low price.

Budget? Between R400 to R700

Will probably order from takealot.

Does anyone have earphones that you use for long periods of time without feeling your ears are going to fall off. Please suggest something.

Thanks

I use my LG G4 earphones for about 8 hours a day and my ears are fine

4 hours battery life.

nothing in your ear.

nothing ON your ear.

+-R100 out of budget.
practically it has a 4 hour battery life. but a full charge takes about 25 to 40 minutes. I have been using mine every day in the office since feb. highly recommend them.
I paid R1300 for mine AND the pair I bought the next day for the fiance. she also uses hers every day. they will change your world.

I think all ear or on ear phones will hurt your ears for long periods. Many over the ear phones also hurt your ears.

I use the wired Skullcandy Hesh2. They are ugly but don't hurt my ears if I wear them all day.

I had Baxteen's headset on for a while when he got it, its amazing, +1 for his!

Takealot has a pair of JBL Headphones(not earphones) for around R599 or thereabouts

I have the wired version of these and I guess its sound quality is also not that good compared to yours, but for what I use them they are great, in fact I'm on my second pair after I sat on the first. Don't know about the higher models, but will certainly not recommend the ones I have for serious audio files listening to music all day looking for top sound quality.

If my current pair ever breaks, I'll probably get a pair like yours or splash out and get the higher model.

Have a look at this special

Click on the special scroll down to find Headsets and Earphones and also the Audionic Spotlight we have a large range of Earphones and headsets on special for this month

I personally have the Audionic BlueBeats B-800 and love them
Those are on-ear headphones. I personally found if headphones press against your ear you ears will start to hurt if you wear them the whole day. That's why I stick to over-ear ones.

+1 especially if you wear glasses.

Thank you to all the posters in pointing me to good solutions. And also point out my mistake. Yes. I am looking for headphones not earphones. :)

I was not aware of the bone conduction type headphones. Very interesting. Now to check out all your posts in detail.

Thanks
