So i may be moving to the Eastern Cape in the next few months and would like to find out about the water situation there? Is there a water shortage in the Eastern Cape like there is in CT? if so, which areas?

I am only aware of water restrictions in Port Elizabeth... haven't heard anything about water shortages in East London, Mthatha and the other smaller towns.
