Yes, this is the dubious part. So, I am not sure what you want to know. Do you want to know how exactly SARS will find out if you have exceeded TFSA limit ? I mean do you want to know exact mechanism of 'how' ?
That's just it. You only declare profits made. Institutions also only declare the buying and selling value of stocks and not what you deposited into your trading account. For this to work the way you say it does there would have to be extra reporting for this purpose.Very easy, you have to declare this on your tax return. Pointless to lie about it, because at withdrawal time you'll say to SARS, ”This is a tax-free account”, and they'll say “Stop talking schit”.
So what happens to #10? Did they sell it off?EC10 has a new entrant: Internet Computer at number 8: $17.5B market cap.

Below is on my notice of assessment. If you don't declare as such and SARS finds out that you exceeded limit , guess what happens. Alternatively, you can skip and let us know what happens. Take it for the team. ;-)Yes, this is the dubious part.

I've had the same issue since around Friday evening - still not fixed.Hi guys,
Do you know if there is a delay between the account summary page and holdings?
When I add my holdings together it differs from my profit/loss value. The values also differ on Equities and Crypto investment types.
Seems to be fixed now...Hi guys,

Cool, thank you.Seems to be fixed now...
I use it - if you buying and selling frequently then it helps. If you're investing long term then not so much.Is it worth buying credits (to see the sell now price)?
