You have until the end of Feb to reach your R46k annual limit.I want to start a TFSA, made an account with them, will set aside R4000 but will make sure I hit the 46000 before the end of this year, is there some sort of guidance video I cna watch ?

If you have to ask then stick it in Satrix MSCI World and call it a day.I want to start a TFSA, made an account with them, will set aside R4000 but will make sure I hit the 46000 before the end of this year, is there some sort of guidance video I cna watch ?
Guidance in what exactly?
If it’s in choosing ETF’s then give all your financial interests to one of the AI tools and ask them to recommend a spread of ETF’s.
Ideally less is more.

Probably have to verify your KYC first https://easyidentity.io/profile/kycRight now I am just wondering how to activate my account. I transfered 1000 and this is the screen I am on

Then I go to Investnow > TFSA > and I just choose a random ETF (just to check out) and it tells me to activate my account

when I try to activate its the foreign currency accounts, or the existing option is below

This is not financial advice. Don't listen to me, I barely graduated from university:
In general, you want to buy a "big and broad" ETF with low fees. What is big and broad enough depends on you.
S&P 500 (only has big US companies, but these ETFs often have the lowest fees)
MSCI World (big companies in developed markets like US, Europe, Japan & Australia)
S&P Global 1200 (big companies in developed markets and emerging markets like Taiwan, South Korea & Brazil, but no China, India or SA stocks)
MSCI ACWI (big companies in developed and emerging markets, including China, India & SA)
FTSE Global (big and small companies in developed and emerging markets, including SA)
Since you're starting out, note that there is a difference between the index itself and the ETF.
Think of the index as the GPU and the ETF as the graphics card. STXWDM is an ETF by Satrix, which tracks MSCI World. FNBEQF is an FNB ETF, which tracks the S&P Global 1200.
Alternatively, think of the index as the underlying product and the ETF as each shops version. The S&P 500 is tomato sauce, and Pick n Pay, Checkers and others each sell their own version.
didnt have the option before, I contacted support and now I have that option. Now what do I do next ?Your R1000 is in your ZAR account. Did you try transfer the R1000 to the TFSA?

If I am investing 46000 this year, I can just buy whatever I want to, doesnt matter if I do a monthly debit or buy random stuff available under TFSA ?
