Easy Equities good or bad?

Never got that email. I wonder if that means my data was never sent to that third party?
 
In answer to the title - Bad
Been over a month now and they cant answer why a couple of thousand Rand has disappeared from my RA, Apparently based on their lack of response it appears they are unable to produce even a transaction statement. Makes you wonder if the rest of your investment is safe, maybe time to do a Sec14 transfer

Previously posted direct to the Easy Equities account and got a response which was more than i got using their ticket system, but unfortunately it was just a form response, "We are looking into it and will get back to you" and essentially that's all i get. Have added their CEO this time as suggested lets see if he is willing to respond

Sad to hear this man. I share you frustration, i had an issue and it was a pain to get feedback.

This is highly concerning, that money is missing. Please let us know if you get resolution

Their "App" is just a web wrapper, in this case I don't view it as a bad thing. I use the App & have for the past 5 years.

I hardly ever login to the site on my Mac.

To your answer your Q i see it on the iOS App. Total Portfolio Value (homepage) & swipe right.
