I trust and hope that this post gets the attention of Purple Group owners of easy equities.

I have noticed repeatedly that i cannot cancel my trades on the platform.

I have also noticed when a trade is placed and the trigger price reached it does not complete the transaction.

Obviously the system is failing or it maybe a deliberate attempt by the company to lock up your funds and not allow you to trade.

Today this problem happened again and no resolution to the problem.

I have lodged support tickets but it does not get answered or responded to.

The staff will tell you everythings working fine as though they are working for the SA Govt.

Are you looking at the delayed price on Google? Remember there is also spread to think about.

Then in terms of cancelling stuck orders, if you click on "Pending Orders" just under the giant summary in the Account Overview page, you should be able to cancel them there. It's worked for me.

I've done a few trades today / yesterday and haven't had issues.
