EasyEquities CEO thinks that 2 factor authentication is not worth the effort

EE security is a joke. Someone in my group got their login details stolen and they logged in on her account. I asked EE numerous times about 2 factor and other measures and they responded that they are working on it.

Someone in your group is a joke mate. They need to look at understanding phishing attacks, etc, and perhaps look into a password manager and being a little bit more diligent when it comes to handing over authentication details.
