EBay has completed its sale of Skype for about $2 billion to an investor group that included the founders of the Internet phone service.

Nice... they first sell Skype to eBay for a ridiculous amount, and include everything but the core patented technology.

They then buy back 7% each of Skype, at a now discounted price (profit!!). Or did they trade the patented core technology for a 7% stake??

Either way, profit!!!
