Good morning all.....I managed to extract my Wii frmo the postoffice on Friday. Have not had much playing time as I was busy with family stuff the whole w/end....but the little Wii Sports I did play was awesome. Wii sports is just a demo but does make obvious the potential of the Wii.....

I now need to order some games and I previoulsy didnt want to. The last hting I wanted was to have Zelda on hand and no Wii to play it on!!!! Now that I have received the machine I will get some games.

Also cant wait for telkom to come round and hook up a brother's adsl. Although, the Wii did manage to pick up some wireless network and did manage, although extremely slowly, to donwload some updates.

The thing rocks!!!

The 7th person in South Africa to get a Wii.....well that we know of.

Yeah, I have to agree, the downloads and updates take a while to download and install.

My games just arrived from Take2. Just in time for some weekend gaming. YAY!!

Ordered:-

Legend of Zelda:Twilight Princess
Rampage:Total Destruction
Rayman Raving Rabbids
Red Steel
Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz
Trauma Center: Second Opinion

But Rayman Raving Rabbids is back ordered, so will only get that next week, hopefully.

Hehe, enjoy em and make sure there's always a camera pointed in the general direction of your Wii, makes for some interesting blackmail material ;) Especially with Super Monkey Ball :D

Wii closing towards $400 again..seems the supply situation is not getting any better?!!?!?!
