eBucks First timer Help

Hi there, Just switched over to an FNB savings account and got a Gold Cheque Card.
I also got the message to register for eBucks. I applied and they are sending me the card.

However, on my account it states that im on reward level one , but when I log in to Online banking, on the ebucks advert - it states that im not qualified to receive ebucks.

Just a bit confused as to whats going on here. I have made a purchase on Takealot, entered my ID number for ebucks and it all worked out fine , but my balance is still 0ebucks.
 
Yep use the other thread. As a note though, eBucks get paid out on a monthly basis and your reward level is calculated on your spend and a few other things. for exmple ifyou got an FNB Credit card, that would be an additional reward level. If you swipe your CC for more than R1500 a month, that's another level. You can see the details on the eBucks website. But yea, use the other eBucks thread.
