I am using them ATM. I'm paying R400 / month for a 128k connection. No CAP and the owner don't like it if you don't get your full speed. So that means you get your full speed you pay for.
Downtime: I had my fair share of downtime with them. The longest period without any connection was a week, actually 8 days. This happened when their tower blew and they had to rebuild it. This however were the Bottelary tower. It happens often that the service goes down for a few hours or sometimes a day or so, but not that much recently. Despite this I would say I'm still happy using them and will recommend them as a WISP they are always willing to try and help you out with your problem. Weekend support might be a problem and you don't always get the quickest response in that time.
With all this said I will still recommend them as a WISP and suggest you give them a call if you haven't already. The best overall WISP I have used.
Oh, before I forget. They don't allow P2P, but I have managed to get it working at times.
