ECN pips Neotel to fixed-line

I saw this - they claim to be compertition to Telkom providing connectivity, the problem is I cant find their web site, so no idea on prices and availability.

It scares me that when I google ECN I get nothing about them.

Googling the CEO's name comes up with a few links. Including this one. Wouldn't it be interesting if they had just snuck up quietly and done this?

What worries me is they keep talking about "estates" and an intercom system between the guardhouse and the residence under the Residential information stuff. Am I wrong to interpret that as not for Joe Public living in a normal suburb?
