Hmm...never had one DOA...had a few, and moved back to Gigabyte.
Unless you're buying high end boards, don't waste your time.

ECS mobo's are the worst you can buy , chk out the forums , i had 1o of them die on me in 2 years while i was still in gauteng and never bought them again , rather spend a bit more and get urself an asus , intel or even gigabyte but stay away frm ecs

Their low end mobo's are crud, plain and simple. But I've heard decent things about their mid-to-high end boards.

Crap....but then I only tried one and hated it, had a helleva issue getting the drivers.

GF had ECS nf650 slit-a MOBO.CD went missing and I was able to find chipset driver package and that wasn't even from their website alltough they had it...

No problems here either. I had them on about 10 work pc's at my previous job. It's now 2 years later and I believe they are still running.
