Ed leaving Iburst!!!! Could it be that Ed has had about as much as we've had with all Ibursts empty promises? The scandal!!

Now where did this info come from?

If it's true then I guess the pressure from iBurst and users is/was getting too much, can't say I blame him if it's true.

Unfortunately, yes.

I dont think anyone is capable of filling Ed's shoes at Iburst.

Ed, I know we gave you a hard time, but i sincerely wish you the best for the future, where ever you may venture to.

Factual source???
News Report???
Press release??

Where do you get this information from?

Now this is a sad state of affairs, lets hope his replacement manages to get things moving in the right direction as far as we are concerned, if not then the exodus will be in full swing.

Well I think that is the end of iBurst for me ... you can bet your bottom dollar the new person will not take up a seat here ... not for a while, anyway! :( :( :(

Yeah, like they say: If you see a bunch of rats running away from something, go in the same direction. No offence to Ed.

It is ironic (or maybe symptomatic) that the latest news article on the Iburst website (several months old) is still...

iBurst Puts a Human Face To Customer Care

... announcing Ed Hall's online support blog and email address.

Mr Hall commented: “The buck stops with me. I am confident enough in the abilities of our customer care team to acknowledge this in a public forum.”

In reality, though, the buck stops with Alan Knott-Craig Jnr and his AWOL product development team.

Whoever comes in better take a few notes from Ed.. like the MyADSL forum's address for a start.

If this ends a good direct line of communication with iBurst it will really be terrible.. imagine having to phone the helpdesk for a problem you know Ed could have sorted easily :/

Cap Of Death will be a pain...

With MTN's new offering and telscum's new packages iBurst are really going to feel the crunch as their first contracts expire.

Will be interesting to see how they respond to this new development even though they've had 2 years to make changes they will now either have to do something or it'll be too late.

Thanks Ed for listening and replying as best as you could, its not your fault nothing was done.
