It will be aprreciated by everybody using utTraceStar, iConnect, eyeBurst, etc if you would post (or PM one of the responsible people) all the tower numbers with names in the different coverage areas, and please include future tower info if it is at all possible. An indication of the physical location of the towers will also be appreciated.

I also wouldn't mind if this thread became a poll. All those in favour speak up!!!

I'm certainly in favour of this, and, with a little bit of extra effort, the locations could be provided as a Google Earth kml file.

Id like it, im going to have to differentiate between a few towers soon, and they will be new and probably without numbers...

Its not going to happen.. for some reason. Just like that thread about the dead IP's where Mr.H even got it down the one range...

Maby no one from Iburst have ben on here in a while or they just dont think its worth their time.

Ja, I was thinking of that too, but it doesnt really apply to the tower numbers, im shure they can get those.

There seems to be some renumbering going on - and it would be nice if they could tell us about it. I'm receiving good signal from a tower thats showing as Randburg - but it can only reasonably be the new Braamfontein tower...

I also picked up on the renumbering, it was one of the reasons why I started this thread. Previously I could see 1 (occasionally) & 2, now I see 1, 2, 3, 5, but only 2 worthwhile and still in a light green area.

I don't understand these people, by publishing the info they can actually help people to get a better service and it's not as if the numbers / names can't be determined, it's just going to take some effort by the iBurst clients.
