Does anybody know how to set up this device in WISP mode as client?

I am unable to change the wireless mode from AP to Client, even though the router is supposed to support this feature.
 
Power output on this router's USB is very poor. Cannot power my USB stick via USB extender to the roof. Even though my Tenda could do this. :(

Then I thought I could use it in Wisp mode as client so it could connect off my Huawei E5776's Wifi. :( again.
