Hi Everyone 
After calling toptv a million times and sending them as many emails they finally got back to me and I'm supposed to be having my installation done tomorrow. I was told that once installed, my decoder would be activated and that I would have to pay a pro-rata fee within 24 hours (even though they didn't tell me how much that would be)> I also told the call centre agent that I did not want to have a debit order and would prefer eft or easypay payments, which apparently you can do. the consultant was supposed to get back to me with easypay and banking details but she still hasn't. does anyone maybe have these details?
