I agree, they should take over all HA functions.

My inlaw said that it's impossible because they won't even speak to you without an appointment. So if we did go and it was the wrong date, they wont let you near anybody that can help.

If it was anything like my experience then they don't even check your receipt as its all captured on the system. The official at Std Bank even welcomed me by name when I walked in saying that he was expecting me. Very friendly.
