also funny you put the horse here:

Mine is with the spirit summons here in the pouch:

That said, it might be better to have a dedicated heal instead of cycling the down button to get to it in a fight, can we add healing to the pouch?

thats not mine lol. i grabbed a random image off the internet for that torrent meme :)

i dont have an issue with health where it is. i rarely cycle because i melee so rarely use FP flasks and such. i have a lantern, steed, and multiplayer shortcuts in my pouch as i do more multiplayer than anything.

How does the difficulty scale then, more damage per hit?
Boss HP goes up. So does their resistance to status effects like bleed as well as their ability to get stunned every NG cycle. And I believe they hit harder too. It scales up to NG7

Multiplayer co-op or invading?
I see there's a seamless co-op mod that allows the full game to be played multiplayer

Bit of both but mostly coop. I have every pool open and have weapons for all bosses. I have like 900 rune arcs lol.

I played seamless and it's amazing. Though the other dude wasn't always available. Want to try it again. But a nice challenge run

I just realized I don't know what the great runes do or ever used a rune arc.

Great Runes you get from certain major bosses. You have to take them up high towers (usually close to where you beat the boss) to activate them. If you really want to use one, you need to go into the "activate great rune" item at a site of grace, then use a Rune arc. The good news is that its not the end of the world if you dont use them, besides, you will have rune arc anxiety as everytime you die, you must use another rune arc to activate it.

if you want to mess with just one rune arc. Godrick great rune is by far the best for most of a casual playthrough, activating it gives you 5 points in EVERY stat.

Farming is so much easier in the dlc. Took me just 30min to get the missing armour drops.

Tonight will finish the ash of war check list.

When i start NG plus I will most likely push 1000 hours.

I just wish I bought the game digitally. Having a disk sucks

i think 400hrs is playing the game. 600hrs is coop. its just ridiculously fun doing coop and pvp

Yeah, think I got about a hundred hours doing coop and being a hunter. Got that blue ring thing always activated. Have about 250 rune arcs from it.

Whats a good weapon to replace the blashpomous blade? Bloody thing carried me through out the DLC and feel I need to change in the new run.

The Dragon-Hunter's Great Kitana

Scales with Strength and Dex, the weapon art has a powerful slice attack, my new favourite weapon.

Another good one is Messmer's Spear of Impaler

The problem with blasphemous blade (and and weapon with a very strong ash of war) is that you dont really need to know boss movesets. which makes it easier, but also less fun. If you really want to mix things up, go pure melee with a buffable/occasional ash of war.

Something as similar as a greatsword hits hard, or starfists. if you want something newer, the dragon katana is great (or any great katana). Another weapon that has a powerful ash of war, but can also be used regularly is the bloodhound fang. Im currently using the milady (light greatsword) and its awesome.

If i had to give one bit of advise, use a weapon you enjoy the moveset of. also how important are charged R2's (charged attacks) to you?

Thats true. Except for the last boss, which took 3 tries, the rest went down the first time due to blasphemous blade being so insane. I think for the new run I will try and avoid R2 so any weapon that looks cool
