Maliketh was a fun fight, although the lack of a stake of marika was annoying - not a super far runback, but still like 15-20 seconds, and the one for Dragonlord Placidusax is even worse

So finally beat the game, Radagon took a few tries, maybe 10 or so, and Elden Beast took 2 attempts.

Still haven’t beat Melania, or Dragonlord Placidusax (although on the face of it, this boss should be easy, but the long run back makes it annoying)


I think I’ll take a break and play something else (CP2077 on PC????) before playing DLC

PS5 version currently R690, best price I have seen.

So that makes the DLC currently more expensive than the base game

Going raw dog, for as far as i can, if i can

if i somehow manage to become Lord, i will look into all the things i missed for NG

Absolutely. Always go in blind first playthrough.

To this day i still clearly remember going left past the graveyard and into the catacombs instead of turning right over the bridge and into the sewer to get to the city in DS.

That was a weekend I will never forget.

If you want to plat though, you will need to look things up.

Scaling caps at 7 NG+ cycles but you can NG+ forever so the more you play the more you will remember and the less would need to look things up.

Assuming Mortal Shell 2, they are both excellent, you cannot go wrong with either.

Have you played Dark Souls 3?

If not, I would recommend you play it before Elden Ring.

Only reason I’d say this is that it might feel dated (even though it really isn’t), compared to Elden Ring, but it is also incredible

I never played Shadow of Erdtree, so have been keeping my eye on getting the bundle, but the price just isn't there yet.
