bought it coz there other games ROCKED - then discoverd the small things that pissed me off - for instance cant sellect spells with mouse = key scroll 1.3 fixed that - if u lvl all mobs lvl with u and the loot is randomly generated = should have made it that u get your ass kicked when u enter a oblivion gate b4 say lvl 10 - possible too fin the game when u lvl 2 :) /rant off

gave it a 8 coz with all the small things that adds up i still play it tho :p

Is it smooth? i mean how is the game fluidity.
I have got a 7900GT and I get a tiny bit of mouse lag on 1280*960 with everything on max, which i find acceptable! I mean come on how much do I have to spend for the game to look nice.

@Brawler - yeah the game is smooth, have to still check out a PC version running alongside to get an idea of graphical comparison though. X360 version doesnt have any graphical tweaks in the OPTIONS tab but it seems to run with all the bells and whistles...

Tried it and did not enjoy it at all, played for about a day and then un installed it. I know I'll get hauled over the coals for this, but when it comes to rpg's (single player), nothing beats ultima, even the last one, with all its bugs and difficulty to run were ten times better

Defintely not going to pay that much for a game, which I have no idea I would like, if I liked it, I would buy it.

This weekend I bought the bards tale from cna (on this special ubisoft exclusive series...R99). Now this is an rpg, love the humour, and love the diablo style of play

well, i cant blame you for Oblivion since there isnt a demo out yet. but for many people who had played Morrowwind this was a game to have i think. ;)

8.5 - Its better than most but the quests could have had more variaty and the characters more depth.

Nothing particularly wrong with the game, I just never rate any game 10/10 because I have yet to come across a prefect game.

One thing though, on some in-game movies I saw, your character could pick up topics by listening in on conversations. I have yet to accomplish this.
