Just noticed my adsl modem syncing at 8036/635 kbps today, Getting downloads of 915KBps but latency is high on the first hop already, tried with two adsl accounts but still the same result. Is anyone else in the area experiencing the same ?

Strange i just made sure and reset my router same story i get 4mbps.
